Hello there! I’m the proud founder and CEO of More Life Fitness. The inspiration for creating this community stems from a pivotal moment at 18 when I nearly lost my life in a car shooting. Grateful for the gift of another day, I felt a profound call for change, giving birth to MORE LIFE FITNESS.
